Welcome to Mastimazatravel.com. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.mastimazatravel.com and all related services, bookings, and content provided by [Mastimazatravel] ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing this website, booking services, or creating an account, you ("User," "Client," or "Traveler") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Booking and Contract
  • Binding Contract: A booking is considered confirmed only when we issue a confirmation invoice/email and receive the required deposit or full payment.
  • Authority: By booking, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • Booking for Others: If you make a booking for other travelers, you warrant that you have their consent and that they accept these Terms. You are responsible for all payments and communication for that booking.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, and passport details provided are accurate.
 
2. Payments
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [Percentage]% is required to secure your booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due [Number] days before departure. If payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
  • Late Booking: Bookings made within [07] days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Changes
  • Cancellation by User: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees are applicable based on the date we receive the written notification:
    • 30 days or more prior: 25% of total cost.
    • 15 days prior: 50% of total cost.
    • 07 days or less: No Refund.
  • Changes by User: Request for changes (dates, destination) must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and administrative fees.
  • Changes by Us: While we try to avoid changes, we reserve the right to modify itinerary, accommodation, or transportation due to unforeseen circumstances.
 
4. Travel Documents, Visas, and Health
  • Responsibility: It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain a valid passport, visa, and any required health certificates.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and baggage loss.
 
5. Liability
  • Agent Status: [Your Website Name] acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these suppliers.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by "Acts of God," war, terrorism, civil strikes, epidemics, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Limitation: Our maximum liability to you, if any, is limited to the total price paid for your booking.
